-------Please tell us about your current work.
I work as a store manager. In addition to customer service, the manager of each store handles product display, staff training, inventory management, and even purchasing. We also have business talks with manufacturers who go to exhibitions.
-------Please tell us what you are particular about at work.
I worked as a salesperson for a famous sports brand and learned how to serve customers there. I try to listen carefully to what the customer has to say so that I can make use of that customer service skill in my current job, and serve customers in a manner that is close to their feelings. We value a polite customer service style that will make you want to come back to KICKS LAB.
-------What kind of person do you think would be suitable as a sales staff?
I think the point of customer service and sales is that customers can relax and choose sneakers. I think it is suitable for those who like fashion and fashion, and those who like talking to people.
-------What are your future goals?
I have two goals. The first is to spread the charm of KICKS LAB. to more people through my work. The second goal is to understand the work of all departments and be able to help them, not just one department.
